The service
LobbyPost provides tools for residential parcel intake, resident matching, optional notification, handover, signature capture, and audit records. The customer remains responsible for its building procedures, staff decisions, resident communications, and physical custody of parcels.
Accounts and acceptable use
The customer must provide accurate account information, protect owner and site credentials, limit access to authorised staff, remove unused devices, and notify LobbyPost of suspected compromise. Users must not attempt to bypass plan limits, access another customer's data, disrupt the service, or use LobbyPost unlawfully.
Trial, subscription, and billing
Self-serve plans include the trial period and monthly price shown at checkout. A payment method is collected when the trial starts. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, monthly billing begins automatically. Prices and taxes shown at checkout form part of the order.
Owners can manage payment details, invoices, and cancellation through the secure billing portal. A cancellation scheduled for period end keeps access active until that date. Failed payment may restrict operational access until billing is resolved.
Customer data
The customer controls the resident and parcel information entered for its sites and must have a lawful basis for using it. LobbyPost processes that information to provide and secure the service under the applicable order and data-processing terms.
The customer should maintain appropriate operational records and follow its retention policy. LobbyPost may use aggregated, non-identifying service information to operate and improve reliability.
Suspension and ending service
LobbyPost may restrict access for non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, or material breach. Where practical, the customer will be given notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. On termination, access and data handling follow the applicable order, retention policy, and legal obligations.
