How does the trial start?
Choose a plan once, create and verify the owner account, then continue to secure Stripe checkout. The selected plan stays attached throughout.
How are devices counted?
Each phone or tablet authorised for staff use counts as one device. The plan limit applies across the owner account.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Plan and billing controls are available from the owner account. Capacity changes take effect according to the terms shown before confirmation.
How does the 30-day trial work?
A first LobbyPost subscription starts with a 30-day trial. Monthly billing begins automatically afterwards unless the subscription is cancelled. Checkout shows the exact terms before confirmation.
Can resident email remain off?
Yes. Parcel notification email is optional per site and is off by default. Account verification and billing notices are separate owner communications.
What does Cloud add?
Cloud lets authorised devices for the same site exchange operational records, with scheduled daily sync and an on-demand sync control.
